Our Story & Vision
Neighbor’s Concierge LLC was born from a simple observation: our community needed more than just a service—it needed a neighbor. Rooted in the heart of the Vallarta neighborhood, we began with a mission to provide the kind of dedicated oversight and concierge support that only a true local can offer, ensuring every home we watch is treated with the same care as our own.
Lori and Bobby Davis live in Vallarta year-round, having relocated from Central California in 2020. We met at Fresno State (Go Bulldogs!) and lived in several countries before settling back down in Clovis, CA. Now retired from successful sales careers, you will often see us out walking our two doodles, Maggie, our black Australian Labradoodle and Charlotte, our smokey Goldendoodle.
Our focus remains steadfast on community reliability and peace of mind. Whether you are away for a week or a season, we are here to manage the details, from security checks to personal errands. We aren't just a business; we are your locally rooted support system, committed to keeping our neighborhoods safe and thriving.
Tips for Preparing to Leave Your Home
- Notify a neighbor of your departure dates.
- Share an emergency contact phone number.
- Schedule regular home check-ins.
- Pause mail and newspaper deliveries.
- Put cable and internet on seasonal hold.
- Secure all valuables left in the home.
- Remove perishables from the fridge.
- Shut off water to the ice maker.
- Add vegetable oil to dishwasher seals.
- Drain any standing water in your yard.
- Move patio furniture indoors or under cover.
- Adjust irrigation for summer heat.
